Ok, so i've been looking around and I found this place... It's kinda expensive but i pretty much fell in love with the layout and the fact that if we don't like it, we can leave with in 30 days! but i was wondering if you guys knew the neighborhood... anyway, here's the link!

It's a nice neighborhood. I went and looked at it. They are REALLY nice! However VERY expensive. :-)

Oh and then there's this one... the price is better, and there is more space even!
down side, I really want a dog, and the pet deposit is $500 !

Hmm, the first one is in a nice area.

The second one is out near me =] You'd be further South though. Telegraph Canyon is a nice area- there's some good shopping out that way. Lol, which I'm sure doesn't help at all lol.

Yeah, the second one is a lot closer to Mexico which a lot of people don't like. However, it it close to most of the bases so your DH won't have as far of a drive to work, depending where he's stationed. I take it you're moving out here sometime soon? We were also interested in the Archstone ones...They are VERY nice but also very expensive for the square footage you are getting. Look at: www.hotpads.com and make sure you put in places for rent and houses AND apartments come up in your price range. We live in El Dorado Hills in Tierrasanta, which is a REALLY nice secluded safe area. Let me know if you have any other questions!

archstone may be expensive but for where it is its worth every penny plus anything you need with customer service they are excellent..

the one in chula vista is not close to mexico it may seem so but your so far in east that your farther from it.. plus nothing wrong with mexico.. but the one in chula vista is nice.. a friend lives there she likes it.. but for the prices of both places you can live downtown and pay and get a better place.. but it depends what areas you want to live in..
