I'm a total bad a**!!

The navy is being a pain! but, i found a great deal at Uhaul for our move... even though they haven't given DH his orders.

They've "told" him where we're going, but they haven't "given" him his orders yet. Anyway, I Thumb my nose at them! HAHA!
The deal with UHaul. I can cancel the reservation at NO charge! the day before. so Ahahahahahah the Joke is one you Navy PEOPLE!! wooo

sorry, this hurry up and wait is driving me NUTS! and DH is like.... Just don't worry about it. How can i now worry about it, when we have to turn in a 30 day notice to our Apartment complex, and we have to make sure we have money for deposits and gas, and a truck.... and utilities....

ok, to be honest, after making my brain explode with numbers... it looks like we'll do fine, and maybe even come out on top.... but it's the uncertainty and not knowing that is driving me nutso! Geeze... after going back and reading what i wrote... i sound like a crazy person, lol

Woohoo, now I'll have someone fun to hang out with Smile

We just had the Navy move the bulk of our stuff that we wouldn't need. Then, we rented a small Uhaul for the necessities and pulled it with our truck...We also have a car so our family paid to have that shipped here. We got over $3,000 to move and we were fine....I'm sure you'll be fine, good luck, and let us know when you get settled in so we can hang out! :-D

Hey we are in SD as well...we should hang out. What kinds of things do you like to do???

Pretty much anything. Movies, sports, music, just veg out and watch TV, play games, we play Guitar Hero occasionally but not as much anymore. We take our two dogs to Fiesta Island almost every weekend. Shopping of course, hehe, the beach and really...Like I said, just about anything. Smile

And I'm down for hanging out whenever!

yay! awesome! i totally understand where youre coming from. my hubby didnt get his orders until the day before her graduated c school...and had to report that following monday. way to out smart them Wink
